About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our growing team. If you are someone who thrives on lead generation, building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and closing deals — we want to hear from you!
As part of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and identifying new market opportunities. You will work closely with leadership and technical teams to pitch solutions aligned with client needs across software, cloud, and AI-driven services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound strategies and networking
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with our service offerings
- Work closely with technical teams to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and pricing
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for revenue and client acquisition
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, online platforms, and client meetings
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, in IT Services industry
- Experience selling software development, cloud solutions, or AI/ML services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical offerings effectively
- Experience with outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and networking
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Strong organizational skills and self-driven approach
Preferred
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Zoho CRM
- Understanding of modern software/tech services (e.g., full-stack development, cloud platforms, AI solutions)
- Existing network or connections in tech/startup or enterprise sectors
